(A/R) This unit--which was formed in 1814 and retains its original German name--is the Grand Duchy's primary combat unit. Because it is a combined arms force with infantry, cavalry (and now even aero-cavalry), dragoons, and artillery, the Brigade is more like a Napoleonic-era Prussian brigade (or a modern British brigade group) than a traditional British brigade. It is made of of the following regiments:

THE HOUSEHOLD TROOPS [HT] "Body Guard"

SIR TREVOR'S OWN FOOT [STOF] "Big Foot"

THE GRAND-DUCAL FOOT [GDF] "Bigger Foot"

THE GRAND-DUCAL HORSE [GDH] "Trojan Horse"

THE GRAND-DUCAL AERO CAVALRY [GDAC] "Big Bird"

THE GRAND-DUCAL ARTILLERY
[GDA] "Big Bang"

THE GRAND-DUCAL DRAGOONS [GDD]

THE SUPPORT REGIMENT [SR] "Weasel's Tail"
