This site is operated by a unit of the Grand Duchy of Wotanberg's Air Force, to wit, Prince Andrew's Own (Cyberspace) Squadron. The Squadron's mission is to defend the Grand Duchy in Cyberspace. One of the Squadron's duties is to ensure that only authorized persons are permitted access information about the Grand Duchy's Drachental Military Training Area.
